What is Caraga Youth Leaders Network Inc.?

CYLN is the sole  region wide multi sectoral youth leaders alliance in caraga region XIII

CYLN is a non-sectarian,non-profit,non-political and independent youth organization

CYLN VISION:

The Caraga Youth Leaders Network envisions to be the prime networking of youths and youth leader in caraga region through its competent intellectual and skill-enhancement instrument for a progressive region of the country.

CYLN MISSION:

The Caraga Youth Leaders Network commits to provide caliber instrument to produce globally competent youth leaders centered with moral values,thus to accord all youth leaders for a better caraga. 

CYLN OBJECTIVES AND AIMS:

1. To unite the youth of caraga to produce a solid alliance of youth towards a better region
2. To provide relevant training and seminars to uplift the skills and intellectual capacity of the youth
3. To create adamant linkages between governments and private offices of the region,national and international for a better opportunity of the caraganon youth.

CYLN before names CARLENET or Caraga Leaders Network but the president Mr. Rex Ybanez think that they cannot get those big people who are the leader in caraga he decide to make a organization by the cooperation of those student leader or all youth leaders in caraga region.

CYLN build last year 2002

the founder and the president of this organization is Mr. Rex Ybanez.

He live at San Vicente Butuan City,and he is under graduated at NORMISIST,or now called CSU, in the course of BS Biology

CYLN staff,core team and those regional facilitator team (RFT) are willing to serve voluntarily entire caraga region.
